Kelly’s coworkers threw a wedding shower for us on Tuesday, April 24th. It was a very lovely afternoon and we had a great time. Lyn Grimmig captured lots of great photos for us. Here are just a few of them:

We are very excited to have the Cincinnati Brass quintet play at our wedding. We’re still deciding exactly which pieces we would like to have played, but we know the quality of the ceremony music will be excellent.

Honeymoon

Craig and I had a really great day yesterday! We had a great time downtown having our engagement photos taken. We will post them here after we get the photos back. It should take a few weeks.

We are also really excited because we booked our honeymoon!

We will be spending 5 nights in the Royal Playa del Carmen where we will be able to enjoy food from 5 different restaurants, enjoy several pools and the beach, take a ferry to Cozumel, and explore Mayan Ruins. Site changes

As you might have noticed, we’ve been doing a lot of playing around with the site in the last few days. We’ve added a couple of fun tools that you can use to help us with our wedding.

The forum section is an area where you can go to ask questions (we’ll try to check it often) or make comments to Craig and I , or to other guests. This will be especially useful closer to the date when you need to clarify details, or if you are not sure how to RSVP or use the registry. If you have suggestions for making this site more useful, or easier to understand, please direct them to the forum.

The music section is also a fun feature where you can vote on the music you want to hear at the wedding. I’ve had lots of posts on my facebook about music people want to hear, just be sure you vote for it on the music page! You know what they say, you can’t complain if you don’t vote.

Craig and I are so happy to be preparing for our wedding, and we’re hard at work getting stuff ready. We decided that using a website would be a convenient way to coordinate everything for family and friends who are far apart. On this site you will be able to access ceremony and reception directions, our registry, RSVP, photos, and lots of other important details.
